*Update: We’ve wrapped up all open classes at this time. Thank you for your support!

Self care and personal wellness are crucial, now more than ever. That’s why three incredible women in the Mount St. Mary Academy community have come together to offer online yoga classes open anyone who’s looking for a way to relax while also supporting our students.

MSM Dance and Fitness teacher LauRen Alaimo, Liz Vetrano ’01, and Dana Ranallo ’11 will be offering expert-led, hour-long yoga sessions via Zoom. The suggested donation amount is $5 – $10 per session, but we encourage participants to give whatever they can. All of the proceeds will go directly to the Pandemic Relief Fund at Mount St. Mary, which will provide emergency financial aid to families negatively affected by the COVID-19 outbreak, so all our students can remain at Mount St. Mary.
