Our Z-club members are asking for your help to make Christmas magical for families and children in need.
Students are now collecting canned goods and nonperishable food items, as well as Advent shoe box gifts for the children of St. Luke’s Mission of Mercy from now until December 20.
There are three ways you can help:
- Put together a box (or boxes!)
- Bring in small items for a box (see suggestions on Page 3).
- Contribute monetary donations to buy items to fill boxes.
Preparing a box is easy and fun. Download the instructions and labels here. Decide if your gift box will be for a boy or girl, and decide the age category (2-5, 6-9, 10-12, 13-15). Fill your shoebox with a variety of new gifts to match your selections. Wrap your box and attach a label with the gender and age category circled.
Gifts and donations may be dropped off at the school’s Main Office on Wednesday, December 14 from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Donations of canned goods and nonperishable food items are also welcome.
Every year, our students volunteer at St. Luke’s and see the many families from our community who are unable to afford Christmas gifts this season. Your gift will mean so much to these families and will be presented to the children by Santa on Christmas Eve.
Thank you for your continued generosity and support!
