  • Scholarships

Eighth graders who choose Mount St. Mary Academy as their first choice for high school are eligible for dozens of scholarships and awards we offer.

Some scholarships are application-based. These awards, which vary in value, recognize a variety of criteria, such as: leadership, service, grades, desire to attend Mount St. Mary, etc. Some also take financial need into account. All application-based awards are given to first-choice test takers after they complete the High School Placement Test in November. Students may apply for every scholarship for which they believe they are eligible, based on the stated criteria.

Other scholarships are awarded based on placement exam results. There is no separate application for these awards, and they vary in value from half tuition to partial tuition awards for all four years.

Information for the Oishei Application can be found here

Note: Please use the MSM Admissions Office as a valuable resource in completing the Oishei High School Scholars Application.
