Eighth Grade Students:
Eighth graders who wish to join Mount St. Mary Academy’s freshman class must complete an application available from us either online or via hard copy (per request). Students must name Mount St. Mary as their first choice for high school, then take the Catholic High Schools Entrance Exam at MSM in November. Students applying after November may be tested individually. Please contact our Admissions Office to make a reservation for an upcoming make-up Placement Test.
Admission will be offered to those students for whom our school will provide an appropriate curriculum, based on placement test results, academic history and teacher recommendations.
Transfer students will be considered for admission upon receipt of official transcript, letter of recommendation, Shadow Day, and interview with Mount St. Mary Academy administrative personnel. Click here for our Transfer Process Checklist.
For more information, contact Elizabeth Suchan-Reitz ’07, Director of Admissions or Catherine Suchan ’12, Admissions Assistant.
