Mount St. Mary Academy will host its fifth annual summer festival featuring a Super Cruise Car Show and Food Truck Rally on August 26 from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Classic car fans will enjoy the Super Cruise Car Show which begins at 11:00 a.m. on the front lawn of the school with a local DJ playing great tunes. Food trucks, including Taffy’s, Franks, and Macarollin’, will offer a taste of Buffalo’s best.
Throughout the day, the festival will provide additional activities including live music, a farmer’s market, flea market, business market, craft show, baked goods, beer and wine tent from Becker Farms, basket raffles, silent auction, and Treasure Chest drawing.
A Pizza Taste off Contest begins at 1:00 p.m. featuring Banchetti by Rizzo’s, Mike’s Sub, Just Pizza, DiPaulo’s, Besta, John’s Pizza on Delaware Ave. and Santora’s Restaurant. Attendees may purchase a taster’s ticket for $5 which include samples of over 12 types of pizza.
Other food options will include a Chiavetta’s Chicken Barbeque beginning at 3:00 p.m., with dine-in or take-out options for $10 per dinner.
At 3:00 p.m. there will be a meat raffle on the front lawn. Participation in the meat raffle requires the purchase of a $5 admission ticket which includes beer and pop, available for purchase at the Meat Raffle tent.
The evening will conclude with a performance by the award-winning Mount St. Mary Academy Marching band at 5:30 p.m.

The Mount St. Mary Academy Music Festival will be held on the front lawn of the school, 3756 Delaware Avenue in Kenmore. Admission is free. Guests are asked to bring a lawn chair or blanket. In the event of rain, festivities will be staged inside the school.
